How can I book this experience?

All bookings are done online through our website. For your convenience, complete our booking form to secure your spot.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept payments via local bank transfer and PayPal. Payment details will be shared after you complete your booking form. FYI, PayPal attracts an additional 5% fee.

Can I extend my booking time during the activity?

Currently, all booking extensions must be arranged in advance through our website. There might be other customers who booked for a time immediately following yours. This enables Chawta Tours to keep track of all bookings ensuring that each customer is aligned accordingly.

What safety measures are in place?

Your safety is our top priority. We provide high-quality safety equipment, including life jackets for ages 14+, and our team is trained in water safety and emergency protocols.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking date are eligible for a full refund. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. For more details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Are children allowed to be on the float?

Yes, children are welcome! However, children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?

In the event of adverse weather, we will offer you the option to reschedule for another available date. Your safety and experience are our priorities.

Can I bring my own food and beverages?

Our Special Occasion and VIP packages include snacks and drinks. Food is also prepared and served at Portmore Harbour for your convenience. We would appreciate the support.

How early should I arrive for my booking?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth check-in process and full use of your booking period.

Do you offer customized group or corporate packages?

Yes, we can customize packages for groups, corporate events, or private parties. Please Contact Us for more information.

What should I bring with me for the experience?

We recommend bringing sunscreen, a towel, and any personal items you may need during your time with us. For photoshoot packages, consider bringing a change of clothes for variety.

What happens if I damage the equipment?

Any damage caused to floats or other equipment due to negligence will incur a charge for repair or replacement.
